| Description: | King Tibianus III, ruler of the Thais empire covering five cities and several smaller villages and islands. He is usually in the throne room with his dog Noodles and trusted guards, who are particularly sensitive to any vulgarity. The king will not respond to a simple "hello." Conversation begins with the formula "Hail King" or "Hello King." The King's most valuable treasure is not gold or diamonds. It is his dog Noodles. |
