Reward: Battle Axe.
Monsters: Rats, Cave Rats.

Items needed:
Pick Rope

Head to the bank in Thais. There are sewers near it, go inside. Follow west to the end of the corridor, then go south.
Go to the end of the corridor and on the right side 3 steps from the wall dig a hole with a Pick, enter it and don't forget the Rope. At the bottom you will meet 4 Cave Rats.
Take the reward from the skeleton lying on the ground.
