Requirements: Completed Anvers Island Quest, Explorer Society Quest - Explorer rank.
Reward: 8 Enchanted Spears, a Northwind Rod, 12 Dragon Tongues, a Blue Gem and 20 Frosty Hearts.

Note that you will face 5 Ice Dragons there.
