Task Points are earned while completing tasks. They are primarily used to reset the limit of a given task, which is 1000 monsters. Once this limit is reached, you cannot continue the task until the limit is reset, which costs differently depending on the category.
More information can be found here Client build tasks. There is also the option to purchase these points from NPC Grizzly Adams or in our store as Tasks Points (50) and Tasks Points (250).
