It was built by a mage (a disciple of the necromancer Goshnar), who wanted to avoid death and become a god. He did not escape death, at least partially. His spirit still haunts the tower and guards its treasures, which can only be accessed by solving numerous puzzles. It is most likely related to the 469 language (4 Skulls, 6 fruits and 9 questions).
