If you done with the above requirements start from Elvers and follow the map to meet NPC Jorgensen:

Jorgensen: Listen, I need 25 burning pieces of magma to keep warm during the cold nights, and I've heard that they can be extracted somewhere here using pick in the depths of local Dragon Lair. Are you able to obtain them for me?
