Name: Circle Room Quest.
Location: Mines west of Kazordoon
Reward: Dwarven Axe, War Hammer.
Required level: 32.
Monsters: Dwarf, Dwarf Soldier, Dwarf Guard, Dwarf Geomancer.

First, head to the Kazordoon area to the mine marked on the map below, follow the indicated path, with Dwarfs and Dwarf Soldiers along the way:
In the next two lower levels you can encounter stronger dwarves, like Dwarf Guards:
