Name: Elvers Tower Quest.
Location: Elvers
Requirements: Anvers Island Quest, 150 level.
Reward: 3 crystal coins, a tempest shield, an avalanche rune (50 charges), 30 small sapphires, mana fluid, a berserk potion and a northwind rod.
Monsters: Winter Elf, Winter Elf Fencer, Winter Elf Harbinger.
If we have done Anvers Island Quest we need to travel to Elvers so go to NPC Nielson and say Hi->Elvers->yes
