It is an underground located on Fibula. You can get there by entering the well. There are usually a lot of people hanging around there so decent exp is hard to come by.

You should use the well to go underground.
Continue following the arrow and then use the key to open the door and go down.
The key for this door we can buy from Dermot for 2000 gold.
Respawn Map
Going to the left we will meet Rotworms, going down we will meet Beholders, Skeletons and Demon Skeletons, and going up we will find Orcs.
Note: Many people on Fibula lure Demon Skeletons, which are very dangerous for weaker players!
