It is an island of Druids, which can be accessed from the Plains of Havoc.
Only druids have access to it.
There are usually no monsters there, but sometimes the monk boss, Fernfang, appears.
You can collect some apples here. To get to the island, you need to enter the teleport on the Plains of Havoc.
