Name: Elvers Tower Quest.
Location: Elvers
Requirements: Anvers Island Quest, 150 level.
Reward: 3 Crystal Coins, a Tempest Shield, an Avalanche Rune (50 charges), 30 Small Sapphires, Mana Fluid, a Berserk Potion and a Northwind Rod.
Monsters: Winter Elf, Winter Elf Fencer, Winter Elf Harbinger.
If we have done Anvers Island Quest we need to travel to Elvers so go to NPC Nielson and say Hi → Elvers → yes
