Forbidden Lands to get there you need to start the 8th mission of The Ape City Quest, then NPC will be able to transport us there. The whole area is fenced off so there is no other entrance or exit. There are various monsters there from Cave Rats to powerful Behemoths, Giant Spiders and Hydras.
To return from Forbidden Lands we have to enter the teleport.
