Location: Ice Islands
Requirements: Completed the 9th mission of The Ice Island Quest, 12 parcels or the Levitate spell, 2 documents that are acquired during the Quest.
Reward: The ability to move quickly between levels using the elevator at Formorgar Mines (by about 8 minutes).
