Snowball Fight

Commands:
- !snowball join - join event
- !snowball shoot - shoot a snowball, only if you are in snowball arena
- !snowball leave - leave event, only if you are in waiting room
Rules:
- In Snowball, the objective is to score as many points as possible by collecting 1 point for each kill.
- We begin with 50 snowball ammunition, and you can refill an additional 50 in the middle of the arena for 1000 gold. The refill cooldown is 2 minutes.
- The event lasts for 15 minutes, and the waiting time for the start is 3 minutes.
Reward:
1st - 40000 Gold Coins
2nd - 20000 Gold Coins
3rd - 10000 Gold Coins
