Description:

The quest is located in a barely visible hole in the Plains of Havoc. The entrance is marked with a red dot.

More specifically:

Note, at the bottom there is 1 dragoon, the floor below 2 Dragons, and at the very bottom about 4 Dragons and 2 Dragon Lords sometimes you can meet Demodras there. But they are not at the entrance so there is nothing to worry about, it is best to lurk one at a time and kill them.

After finding yourself in a large room with a lot of junk on the ground, dig a hole with a Pick.

At the bottom will be 1 Fire Devil, You should use the Destroy Field rune as our prize is under fire. It should be used where the slain skeleton is visible in the picture.

The reward is located in the slain skeleton.

To get more rewards, pull yourself up the Rope back into the room. There you can see a stalagmite in the southwestern part of the room. To remove it, you need to have a companion to stand in the northwest corner of the room, right here:
