Snowball Fight

Commands:
- !snowball join - join event
- !snowball shoot - shoot a snowball, only if you are in snowball arena
- !snowball leave - leave event, only if you are in waiting room
Rules:
- In Snowball, the objective is to score as many points as possible by collecting 1 point for each kill.
- We begin with 50 snowball ammunition, and you can refill an additional 50 in the middle of the arena for 1000 gold (Money is taken from your bank). The refill cooldown is 2 minutes.
- The event lasts for 15 minutes, and the waiting time for the start is 3 minutes.
Reward:
1st - 40000 Gold Coins
2nd - 20000 Gold Coins
3rd - 10000 Gold Coins
