Location: Anvers.
Reward: Tears of God (6th Blessing), Blue Crystal of Mana, Red Crystal of Life, 3 Blue Crystal Splinter, Blue Legs, Key Ring.
Monsters:Winter Wolf, Polar Bear, Frost Troll, Novice of The Cult, Frost Giant, Frost Giantess, Barbarian Bloodwalker, Barbarian Skullhunter, Barbarian Brutetamer, Barbarian Headsplitter, Mammoth, Frost Flower Asura, Frost Dragon, Spectre, Destroyer, Ice Witch, Winter Elf, Winter Elf Fencer, Winter Elf Harbinger, Ice Dragon, Frozemoth, Elf Miner, Behemoth, Ice Golem, Crystal Spider, Demon, Demon Outcast.

Now lets go to Anvers and reach the NPC Woody Woodcutter:

It turned out that she was cursed and in order to remove it, we need to deliver 3 items to her - the Stolen Emerald Bangle, Flower Dress, and Frozen Book.
The dress and book can be obtained near NPCs they are in the lockers, but for the bangle we need to revisit the Ice Tower Quest. The bangle will be located next to the quest behind the door with a red handle.

Now we back to the NPC, but becareful now if you make a conversation 4 Frozemoth and 4 Winter Elf Harbinger will respawn!
It's also not possible to leave the room until all monsters are defeated.
