The cleanest water in Tibia
In the Kha'zeel Mountains, separating Tiquanda from Ankrahmun, Hydras have two lairs. The northern one has many waterfalls, but the southern one has extremely pure water. He tells us to bring water from the Hydr cave. It will not accept water in a dirty Waterskin. Therefore, he gives us his special Ceiron's Waterskin to use on the water.

A few months ago, a druid tried to free Wolfs and War Wolfs from an Orc Fortress. He was discovered, and during his escape he lost a wolf necklace with the letter C engraved on one tooth, a chest I find not far from the finale of the Orc Fortress Quest.
