Location: Port Hope - Forbidden Lands.
Requirements: Level 150, completed The Ape City Quest and Elvish Talisman Quest.
Reward: Access to the Deeper Banuta Areas.

1. Start from Port Hope or Ankrahmun.

2. Follow the map below for the way to speak with The Blind Prophet.
