Isle of Solitude

It is an island located west of the mainland, probably between Thais and Carlin. Only GMs and those they teleport there can move there. There is nothing there except NPCs handing out lists. In the old days, GMs, teleported PKs to this island to punish them. They stopped this, after the introduction of the skull system.
