Requirements: 5 Fish, 5 Green Perch, 5 Northern Pike, 5 Rainbow Trout, Bait, Helmet of the Deep.
Reward: The ability to hunt for Sea Serpents.
Monsters: Blood Crab, Sea Serpent.

Description:

We go to Captain Haba in Svargrond near the ship.

  • Captain Haba: Ya wanna join the hunt fo' the sea serpent? Be warned ya may pay with ya life! Are ya in to it?
  • Player: yes
  • Captain Haba: A'right, we are here to resupply our stock of baits to catch the sea serpent. Your first task is to bring me 5 fish they are easy to catch. When you got them ask me for the bait again.

He asks us for 5 of each species of fish, as they will be needed for Sea Serpents lures. Once we have fished, we return and talk to the captain:

  • Captain Haba: Harrr, landlubber wha'd ya want?
  • Player: bait
  • Captain Haba: Excellent, now bring me 5 northern pike.

  • Player: bait
  • Captain Haba: Excellent, that should be enough fish to make the bait. Tell me when ya're ready fo' the hunt.

When we get ready for the hunt, we talk to the captain:

  • Captain Haba: Let's go fo' a hunt and bring the beast down!

We set sail to the sea to the northwest, from the island of Hrodmir. Now you need to direct the captain to sail to the area of the Sea Serpents hideout. We buy a dozen baits from him (you will be able to buy more if you run out). We put the bait in the net (it should be placed on the net) and go to the telescope. There is a teleport under the deck. We enter it and appear on the observation turret. We use the telescope until we see the text:

Now we can go underwater. It is enough to have Helmet of the Deep.
