Ishina has promised to make a jeweled belt for us, but on the condition that we bring her a comb. It has to be a special one, a Coral Comb, because the jeweler has a problem with split ends.
To get the comb, we go to Meriana (you must have completed Eleonore's Missing Ring Quest) and talk to the mermaid Marina:

It will turn out that Marina, lost her comb while diving near Calassa. Head to Liberty Bay and go to Captain Max on the ship on the eastern side of the harbor and ask him for transportation to Calassa (Relic Hunter rank in Explorer Society Quest).
To get the crest you will have to defeat many different kinds of Quaras, and powerful Water Elementals, so it is recommended to go there in a strong team.
We go according to the map, and on the floor of the ship, from behind a door with a red handle, we pull out a Coral Comb.
