- Min. 200 level
- Completed Warzone 4 for less than 20 hours
- Hellfire Incarnate last killed at least 20 hours ago
- 100 Large Sapphire looted from Blacksmith Gnome during this Warzone
Guaranteed reward located north of the teleport:
