We start from Port Hope and head towards Banuta to The Hive to talk to Vorath, who will assign us a one-time task to defeat 3,000 insects from this island in exchange for access to the Boss.

Player:	mission
Vorath:	Welcome, Player. Did you know that deep within this island lies a powerful Hive Boss, who has never been defeated ... However, you won't get access to its lair without proving your worth first ... Before I allow you to face this boss, you must slay 3000 hive creatures that inhabit this island ... Kill Shadowstalkers, Rotspits, Choppers, Fleshslicers, and Maws ... Only then will you prove you're worthy to go further ... Will you accept this task, Player?
Player:	yes
Vorath:	Yes, 3000 of them! ... I want you to kill these hive creatures until their numbers drop to zero ... Your actions will not go unnoticed, but if you truly want to face the boss of this island, this will be your test!

After defeating 3000 Shadowstalkers, Rotspits, Choppers, Fleshslicers, and Maws, return to Vorath and perform the conversion:

After defeating Hiveborn Abomination once, we can now use the mystic flame shortcut next to Vorath.
