• Completed 'Frozen Bridge' the first part of the Depths of Anvers Quest.
• Atleast 200 level for Frostbreath part.
• Atleast 300 level for Frozanverian part.

One resides in the local underground, and the other near Vega Island ... By defeating the beasts from Frozanver, I will be able to buy valuable equipment from you ...
